Job summary

Cedarhurst is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care to residents in our community. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor conditions, and support meals, hygiene, and mobility while maintaining dignity and safety.

We value compassionate care, teamwork, and open communication with residents, families, and staff. Eligible applicants may have CPR/BLS certification and prior CNA experience in a similar setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• One year of experience as a CNA preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming and hygiene.
• Monitor and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with mobility, meals, and activities with residents.
• Communicate observations with care team and families as needed.
• Promote independence and comfort while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
