Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide personalized care aligned with each resident’s plan. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and engage meaningfully with residents and their families.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, ongoing learning, and strict privacy protection, with responsibilities including health-status reporting and adherence to care protocols. This position is on-site with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per the resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities via educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
