Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• Current CPR certificate or willingness to become certified within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living under nurse supervision.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients and manage hygiene.
• Monitor diet, intake, and vital signs under supervision.
• Document changes in condition and respond to calls.
• Greet and support residents, gather supplies and maintain rooms.
