Citadel Health Care in Glenview, IL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. As a CNA you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs under supervision, and support the nursing staff to ensure compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications

• Must assist residents with daily activities and hygiene.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Check and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, respiration) under supervision.
• Assist with meals and dietary considerations.
• Support care plans and monitor changes in condition.
• Respond to patient calls and needs promptly.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure clean rooms and bed linens.
• Assist with transfers and mobility as directed.
• Other duties as assigned by nursing staff.
