Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality patient care including comfort, hygiene, skin care, safety, transport, and nutrition/elimination.
• Responds to call lights, reports changes to the RN promptly and accurately.
• Documents vital signs, intake/output, nutrition, hygiene, and weights; reports findings.
• Maintains confidential patient charts and records.
• Assists with delegated tasks supervised by the nurse.
• Delivers person-centered care with teamwork and respect.
• Raises concerns about hazards or errors to the health care team.
