Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant program.
• State registered CNA license.
• Six months CNA or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides quality patient care including comfort and hygiene measures, skin care, safety, transport, and nutrition/elimination needs.
• Promptly answers call lights and responds to patient needs; reports status changes to Registered Nurse promptly.
• Accurately documents vital signs, input/output, nutrition, hygiene, weights, and other care; maintains confidential patient charts and records.
• Assists with delegated patient care tasks supervised by the nurse.
• Delivers person-centered care with compassion and teamwork.
• Communicates concerns regarding hazards or errors to the health care team.
