Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Take and document vital signs accurately.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and build relationships with residents and families.
• Support licensed nursing staff with resident care and documentation.
