Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Springtown care team. You will deliver daily personal care and support residents through activities, under the supervision of licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid TX CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to deliver personal care and basic nursing tasks per standards and regulations.
• Prior experience not required but compassionate care mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support meal service, feeding assistance, and hydration as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety.
• Monitor residents, observe changes, and report to supervising nurse.
• Document care provided and maintain resident safety and dignity.
