Qualifications

• Requires Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Able to record vitals and care activities accurately.
• Strong communication, self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and disabled individuals.
• Follows safety policies and patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, pericare and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment and stocked supplies.
• Support mobility with safe transfers and body mechanics.
• Record vitals, intake/output, weights and meals accurately.
• Assist with positioning for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide orientation as directed.
