Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC in Denison, TX is seeking dedicated CNAs to provide compassionate daily care and support under nursing supervision. You will assist with ADLs, vital signs, and documentation while maintaining resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA license/certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance per care plan and document changes.
• Take and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and report changes.
• Maintain resident comfort and safety and assist with exams/appointments.
• Participate in person-centered care planning and admissions/transfers.
• Ensure infection control, PPE use, and equipment sanitation.
