Hamilton Grove Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will provide essential resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses, contributing to high-quality outcomes for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents, and participating in ongoing education to enhance skills in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and observation skills with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding assistance.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to licensed nurses.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices.
• Document care provided and communicate with the care team.
• Demonstrate empathy and effective communication with residents and families.
