Hamilton Grove Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Trenton, NJ, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, helping residents with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and safety.

We offer a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, a matched 401(k) and PTO. Compensation is hourly, with a pay range of $21.00–$26.00 based on shift and benefits

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and in good standing.
• Experience in long-term or skilled nursing care is a plus.
• Ability to work day or evening shifts, including weekends.
• Strong communication with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care: bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities such as feeding and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to licensed nurses.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with residents, families and colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills.

Compensation: Range of pay 21.00-26.00 based on Shift and Benefits taken

Per Diem 21.00 +5.00 Weekend Differential.
