Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) in Littlefield, Texas, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Texas Civil Commitment Medical Center team. You will support licensed nurses and provide essential patient care in a secure, structured environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification in Texas required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license required (unless waived).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Transfer, ambulate, position, and assist with mobility devices.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist licensed staff.
• Document care and observations accurately in the medical record.
• Maintain patient privacy and coordinate with healthcare and security staff.
• Respond to emergencies and initiate CPR or BLS when needed.
