Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility, and daily tasks.
• Measure and record vital signs; observe and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Contribute to resident care plans and document patient conditions.
