Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services in Pflugerville, TX seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care under the care plans. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living and follow resident assessments to support individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility, measuring vital signs, observing conditions, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care per care plans.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility.
• Observe residents for changes and report to the Charge Nurse.
