Azalea Health & Rehab in Georgia is hiring a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant for all shifts. Starting pay is $15.75–$18.15/hour with evenings, nights and weekend differentials. Weekly pay and a strong benefits package accompany this role.

You will support residents with daily living, build meaningful relationships, and work with nurses and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Georgia CNA certification required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
