Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift. You will provide resident care under the supervision of nurses and support daily living activities with dignity and respect.

The role offers starting pay of $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia or eligibility.
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
