Job summary

Encore Village at Wilmington is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time roles. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $22.50 per hour with PTO, health benefits and a 401(k) for full-time staff. The new chapter emphasizes a positive, supportive workplace and compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, bathing, grooming, documenting progress, and communicating changes to the nurse. Delaware CNA certification and CPR card are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Delaware CNA certificate.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing and feeding support.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Document progress notes and meal/fluids portions.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nurse promptly.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity.
