Job summary

Encore Village Wilmington is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our new chapter in Wilmington. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time shifts with competitive pay of $19.00–$22.50 per hour, plus PTO, health benefits, and a 401K plan. With new leadership and a supportive workplace, this is a great time to grow with us.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, bathing, dressing, mobility, documentation, and communication with the nursing team. Must hold Delaware CNA certificate and CPR card.

Qualifications

• Current State of Delaware CNA Certificate.
• Current CPR Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and physical support for residents, including dressing, bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, continence care, and behavioral support.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Communicate changes in a resident's condition to the nurse immediately.
• Perform tasks as directed by the Unit Manager.
• Complete CNA documentation (progress notes, meals/fluids, bowel sheet, ADLs).
• Communicate with residents, families and co-workers in a pleasant, positive manner.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity.
