Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or ability to activate certification.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Interact with residents, families and healthcare team.
• Perform health monitoring including vital checks.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance daily life.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain safety.
