Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of daily living, including ADLs, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to branch clinical leadership.
• Care for residents with dementia using appropriate approaches.
