Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with compassionate daily care and dignity. Full and part-time roles are available, with benefits starting after 30 days. You will assist residents with daily living, meals, and social engagement, while coordinating with clinical leadership as needs evolve.

The role requires a CNA license in good standing, CPR/First Aid, and a high school diploma or GED. Training opportunities are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate appropriately with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to care for residents with dementia.
