Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring Resident Care Associates (CNA) at The Residence at Westport in Connecticut. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with a wage band of $20.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience. Health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO and holiday pay are among the benefits.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication assistance, meaningful activities, and proper documentation. Candidates must have CNA certification and CPR/First Aid, with prior senior care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the CNA course or equivalent training.
• CPR and First Aid training required per state regulations.
• Strong English communication, both oral and written.
• Experience caring for seniors, especially with dementia, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medications per state regulations and notify nurse as required.
• Engage residents in cognitive, social, physical activities and therapeutic programming.
• Document services, incidents, and changes in condition in the tracking system.
• Escort residents to meals and activities, assist with mobility and daily routines.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain safety and comfort of residents.
