Job summary

Covenant Living at Mount Miguel is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct daily care to our residents in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care settings. You will support activities, dining, and basic personal care while maintaining a respectful, faith-based community culture.

The role reports to nursing leadership, with opportunities for cross training and involvement in a supportive team focused on resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Complete and pass an approved Nursing Assistant program in the state.
• Listed on the State Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the nurse manager and may take direction from licensed nurses.
• Provides direct care to residents daily.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Performs basic personal care per procedures and daily assignments.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, and transfers.
• Maintains clean resident rooms and linens, tidying spaces as needed.
• Assists with resident laundry and marks belongings.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with serving and feeding.
• May be cross trained in Assisted Living.
