Cascade Living Group is seeking a compassionate CNA to support residents at Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper in Casper, WY. You will assist with daily living activities, follow personal care plans, and work closely with the clinical team to meet residents' needs with dignity and respect.
We offer flexible part‑time schedules, weekend availability, and competitive wages with a weekend noc differential.
Formación
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Reliable transportation and on-time attendance
- Positive attitude and flexible for various duties
- Effective communicator with residents, families and staff
- Compassionate, professional representation of the community
- Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Responsabilidades
- Establish relationships with residents, family members and staff
- Assist residents in life skills and activities per individual profile
- Implement personal care plans focusing on preferences
- Blend multi-sensory experiences into residents' day
- Coordinate with clinical team to address resident needs promptly
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Promote Cascade Living mission, values and beliefs
