Cascade Living Group's Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to build meaningful relationships with residents and support daily living activities.

As a CNA you will implement personal care plans, assist with life skills, and work with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly, while maintaining compassionate, professional conduct and strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

• CNA license and CPR certification required.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality expected.

As aCNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)with Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. Daily you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

What we look for in a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant):

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time

• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant):

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day

• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$18.00 - $20.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
$3/hour shift differential on Weekend NOC Shiftonly

Position Requirements:

• CNA License

Job Type:

• Part Time: Day Shift 6am-2pm OR Swing Shift 2pm-10pm

• Full Time NOC Shift (Rotational weekends or Every weekend)

• Weekend Availability Required
