Sisters of Charity of Nazareth seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support SCNs on the Nazareth campus under RN/LPN supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, and mobility while ensuring safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, nursing assistant training, and Kentucky Nurse Aide registry; CPR may be required. This full-time role involves 40 hours weekly with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Current Kentucky Nurse Aide registry registration is required.
• CPR certification preferred or as required by policy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist SCNs with daily living activities such as personal care and laundry.
• Provide walking assistance indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Take and record vital signs and report findings to licensed nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Visit with SCNs to provide comfort and safety and document changes.
