Job summary

Allegro Living, LLC in Overland Park, KS is seeking a caring Resident Assistant (CNA) to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. This role offers both FT and PT options on 2nd shift and emphasizes hands-on care, community engagement, and meaningful resident relationships.

You will work under the Resident Services Director to monitor wellbeing, document care, and maintain a safe, respectful environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year related health care experience required.
• In any Community with an Ensemble Program, applicant must successfully complete required dementia training.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hands-on care and support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team
• Support a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for every resident
