Job summary

12 Oaks Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents at The Atriums in Overland Park, KS. This role focuses on daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The CNA will review care plans, assist with medications as permitted by regulations, respond to calls, support meals and housekeeping, and follow infection control procedures to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in this state.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Review resident care plans to stay aligned with needs.
• Assist with medications and treatments as indicated and allowed.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly.
• Maintain infection control procedures consistently.
• Help with meals and dining room as requested.
• Support housekeeping and a clean, safe environment.
• Encourage participation in social/recreational activities.
