Job summary

Ocean Meadow Senior Living seeks a dedicated CNA to join its caregiving team, supporting residents with daily living activities and dementia care in a compassionate, respectful environment.

This full-time role is 7 AM–3 PM with every other weekend. You’ll document care, monitor changes, and engage residents in meaningful activities, backed by a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification is required.
• Experience in an assisted living community preferred, memory care experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and understand a Resident Care Service Plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report health or behavioral changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure compassionate care.
