Crest Home Health and Hospice in Coeur d'Alene, ID seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents per care plans, under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting intake, and supporting nursing staff in daily operations.

Qualified applicants will have a CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS, and a patient-centered approach. Prior long-term care experience is a plus; job is non-exempt, hourly.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsabilités

• Provides supportive services to nurse, med tech and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documents intake.
