Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing and CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Current TB test result and documentation.
• Proven experience in CNA roles with clients beyond family care.
• Strong communication, time management and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Follow care plans and ensure clients receive appropriate attention.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any observations.
