Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions to supervisor.
• Follow care plans and ensure clients receive proper attention based on their needs.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and other activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and compassion.
