All Ways Caring HomeCare in North Carolina seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support clients across multiple locations (LENOIR, TAYLORSVILLE, HICKORY, MORGANTON, ICARD, HILDEBRAN, HUDSON, GRANITE FALLS). The role offers a pay range of USD 12.00–14.00 per hour for home-based care.

You will assist nurses with personal care, vital signs, and basic medical tasks in home settings, following CNA standards. A valid driver’s license is required and lifting up to 75 lbs may be necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
CNA certification as required by state licensure.
Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and to sit, stand, walk for periods.

Responsibilities

Assists nurses by performing basic care activities for personal needs and comfort.
Dresses, grooms, bathes, feeds, and records vital signs.
Responds to call lights, assists in toileting, oral and nail care, catheter care, and patient transport.
Provides patient care within Standards of Practice for CNA certification.
Cleans rooms and changes bed linen; administers medications as directed by clinician.
Performs other duties as assigned.
