Mountain Valley Hospice in Dobson, NC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients with daily care and comfort in a homecare setting. You will help with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility while respecting patient dignity.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a rotating weekend schedule and an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient conditions and document care. A NC CNA certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Current NC CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families and document observations.
• Maintain accurate care records and collaborate on care plans.
