Job summary

Qualifications

• State nurse aide registry in good standing or equivalent licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Record and monitor vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with basic medical procedures under supervision of licensed staff.
• Collect specimens for lab tests as directed.
• Document patient condition and care in medical records; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in training and continuing education; support team members.
