• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision and according to the Aide Plan of Care.
• Assists with safe transfers and ambulation per Hospice policy.
• Reports changes and documents care rendered to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintains infection control principles and a clean, safe environment.
• Promotes respectful communication with patient, family, and staff.
• Supports patient nutrition and hydration needs and time management in care delivery.
