Adoray is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for our Baldwin office to provide essential patient care services in home health and hospice settings. This role requires completion of a training program approved by the state of Wisconsin, and while home health experience is preferred, all suitable candidates with strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Completion of CNA training program or competency test compliant with state regulations.
• Home health and/or hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license and registered in the Wisconsin registry.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient care duties including bathing, toileting, and medication administration.
• Notify case manager of any deviations from the Activity Plan.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
