Job summary

Zion’s Way Home Health & Hospice in St. George, UT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time home health and hospice support.

The role includes helping patients with daily living activities, promoting comfort, safety, and dignity in the home setting, under RN supervision. The ideal candidate holds a Utah CNA certification, CPR certification (or ability to obtain), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Utah CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising RN.
• Take and document vital signs as assigned and maintain EMR charting.
