Job summary

Zion’s Way is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care to patients receiving home health and hospice services in Kanab, Utah. The CNA will work under supervision of a Registered Nurse and assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort and safety in the home setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, vital signs, and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Arizona is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising RN.
• Take and document vital signs as assigned.
• Travel to patient homes within the service area.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
