Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to care for residents at Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

You will assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and record-keeping while supporting the charge nurse and the care team. Must be a DFS-registered CNA, 18+, with a high school diploma and a genuine commitment to geriatric care.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records including I and O at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support the charge nurse.
