Job summary

Liberty Health Advance, North Carolina seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with bathing, dressing, and daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety throughout shifts.

The role involves accurate documentation, assisting with oral hygiene, and collaborating with the charge nurse to address resident needs. Candidates must meet DFS registry requirements and be committed to high-quality geriatric care.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Assist with resident needs and treatments as directed by charge nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
