Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital- Quad Cities is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA/PCT) for full-time day and night shifts, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will assist with bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, rounds, transporting patients, and maintaining clean rooms and equipment while supporting the care team. Requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent, BLS within 90 days, and CNA hospital experience or related certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Hospital CNA experience or CNA certification, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Bathing patients using basin-less products and assisting with oral hygiene.
• Perform hourly rounds and respond to patient needs.
• Transport patients to treatment centers and assist with wheelchairs and stretchers.
• Maintain cleanliness of beds, bedpans, urinals and routine equipment.
• Keep patient rooms tidy and restock unit supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
