Job summary

Olde Main Post Acute in Philadelphia, PA is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM with hourly pay ranging from $18.15 to $23.15, all inclusive.

We offer Same Day Pay and a supportive team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, reporting changes, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with ADLs including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
