Avalon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an NJ Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with shifts including 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM.

We provide $20.50-$27 per hour (all inclusive) with no-frills option for full-time staff and Same Day Pay. Join us to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a facility that emphasizes dignity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CNA license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
