Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a safe, home-like environment at Springfield Heights by Americare Senior Living in Springfield, TN.

You will support residents with daily living activities, maintain dignity and comfort, and work within an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, respectful care environments.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Proactive observation and reporting of resident needs.
• Reliable and professional in a caregiving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical and emotional care to residents, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and meals.
• Document and report resident condition changes accurately.
• Communicate effectively during shift handoffs with staff.
• Follow care plans and maintain a safe, respectful living environment.
• Assist with housekeeping and general facility duties as needed.
• Greet visitors and support tours when required.
• Protect resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
