Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a safe, home-like environment at Willow Springs in Spring Hill, TN.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, observe resident conditions, and support a respectful, team-based care plan in line with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical and emotional care to residents, including personal hygiene, transferring, and lifting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility and meal support.
• Accurately observe, document, and report resident care, conditions, and concerns.
• Communicate effectively with staff during shift handoffs.
• Follow resident care plans and support a safe, respectful living environment.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with tours as needed.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
