Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical and emotional care to residents, including personal hygiene, transferring, and lifting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and meal support
• Accurately observe, document, and report resident care, conditions, and concerns
• Communicate effectively during shift handoffs with oncoming and outgoing staff; follow resident care plans and maintain a safe, respectful living environment
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms and common areas
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with tours as needed
• Maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
