Job summary

Greenville Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate direct patient care on 8-hour shifts. You will work under licensed nurses to assist with daily living activities, vitals, and documentation, while contributing to a supportive care environment for residents.

The role requires a current CNA certification, ability to pass Level 2 fingerprinting, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with flexibility for varying shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Must pass Level 2 fingerprinting with Eligible status.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents.
• Assist with vital signs, toileting, and ambulation as needed.
• Develop and maintain a rapport with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses and medical staff.
• Participate in care planning and implementation, including assisting with med-administration and wound care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
