SAN-Rem is actively hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our high-performing healthcare team in Richardson, TX. You will provide hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting, assisting with ADLs and ensuring patient safety and comfort with dignity.

Competenze

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and patient-first mindset.

Mansioni

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities per regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
